Located in South Bay Area, Girls Next Level Training provides technical training to female footballers. Here at GNL we believe in having a growth mindset! Growth mindset describes a way of viewing challenges and setbacks. Athletes who have a growth mindset believe that even if they struggle with certain skills, their abilities aren't set in stone. They think that with work, their skills can improve over time. Here at GNL we are constantly instilling this mindset in our clients. We challenge their comfort zone, provide lots of repetition, and teach girls that attitude and effort will separate you from the pack.
